Youth Counsellor (Casual Overnights) Opportunity:
The Youth Counselor plays a pivotal role as a main support figure for young individuals here at Vantage. This awake overnight shift is 11:30pm – 8:00am and is vital to ensure around-the-clock support. They are an essential team member committed to delivering services to young people and families within a well-organized environment.

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to constantly learn and evolve
- Organized; with a strong focus on accurate and consistent record-keeping

What we offer:
- Competitive salary based on education and experience
- Shift differentials for overnight shifts
- Additional ½ hour paid lunch period
Qualifications:
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in Human Services (or actively enrolled), e.g., Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
- Experience working with young people is preferred.
- Current certifications in Standard First Aid/Level C CPR, PIC, IRC, Valid Driver’s License, and Driver’s Abstract.
