Youth Counselor (Casual) Opportunity:
The Youth Counselor plays a pivotal role as a main support figure for young individuals here at Vantage, working in rotating shifts to ensure around-the-clock support, seven days a week. They are an essential team member committed to delivering services to young people and families within a well-organized environment.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or undergraduate degree in Human Services (or currently enrolled), e.g., Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
  • Experience working with young people is preferred.
  • Current certifications in Standard First Aid/Level C CPR, PIC, CYIM, Valid Driver’s License, and Driver’s Abstract.
